Shipping & Returns

After your order is placed, please allow me 10 working days to prepare everything for you.

Please make sure your address is correct to ensure smooth delivery. I can't take responsibility for mistakes that may cause a package to be returned.

It's important for you to provide a valid telephone number and email so that the shipping company can contact you in case you're not available when the package arrives. We may need to arrange a new delivery.

Your order will be shipped with DHL/Deutsche post with the corresponding tracking number. Deliveries within Germany usually take 2-3 business days. For international shipments, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Please diligently follow the tracking number to stay updated. If you're not available to receive the package, you'll need to pick it up from your local post office.

If the package is not collected from the post office and is returned to us, I cannot cover the shipping expenses for re-sending it. However, in such cases, you can request a refund for the product excluding the shipping costs.

Studio pick ups: If you're located in Berlin, you have the option of free pickup for your order in my studio in Kreuzberg (10961) and we can arrange a suitable date and time for you to come and collect your order.

Once your order is ready, I'll send you an email to let you know and coordinate the pickup.

I kindly request that you choose the pickup option only if you have the time and resources to make it to the appointment.

If after a month your purchase has not been picked up without any contact attempt from your side, I have the right to cancel your order without the possibility of a refund.

If I attempt to contact you multiple times and after 1 month, I haven't received a response, I reserve the right to cancel the order without the possibility of a refund.

Mistakes Fee: A fee of 5€ will be applied on top of the shipping cost for any changes made to your order information (such as address, name, or delivery type) or if you fail to show up for a pickup appointment.

As each item is made to order, the sale is final, however, if you don't receive your item in the expected conditions, please contact me via the contact form and I'll be happy to assist you.

I will provide you with a shipping label to print and attach to the package for the return. As the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return, and it should be trackable.

Please ensure that the returned product is in its original packaging (including labels and stickers) and unused.

Once I receive the product back, I will carefully inspect it, and upon approval, I will refund the total amount of the purchase, excluding the shipping costs.
